Skid Steer Operator

Our client is seeking an experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our civil and asphalt operations. This role is suited to operators who are confident using multiple skid steer attachments, in active road and construction environments.

This is hands-on site work supporting profiling, asphalt, and civil crews on live projects.


Key Responsibilities

Operate Skid steer safely and efficiently
- Use attachments including broom/sweeper, bucket, forks
- Carry out road clean-up before and after asphalt works
- Support civil and asphalt crews with site preparation and material handling
- Complete daily pre-starts and basic machine checks
- Follow all site safety, traffic management, and company procedures



About You

- Proven experience operating Skid steer on civil or road projects
- Confident using broom/sweeper and other attachments
- Strong understanding of working on live road sites
- White Card
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Available for AM and PM shifts
- Pass drug and alcohol testing
